Income Survey Form And Portal Reports For Students Who Are Not Directly Certified
All students are asked to complete the Income Survey Form.
M-DCPS will continue to serve all students free breakfast and free lunch under the Community Eligibility Provision - CEP CEP is based on the percentage of directly certified students enrolled and eliminates the free/reduced meal price application. To qualify for other benefits such as fee waivers or programs related to socioeconomic status, students who are not directly certified may complete an Income Survey Form.
The Income Survey Form is on-line at incomesurvey.dadeschools.net and is also available in the Parent Portal and linked on the Food & Nutrition website nutrition.dadeschools.net.
